We had a really nice dinner together. It was fun being with everyone and even got in on the action of stuffing the turkey. The kids believed that my mom had gone out and shot the turkey before they had gotten up. ha ha! Anthony was pretty cute eating his turkey drumstick and couldn't believe he ate the whole thing! 
I'm really looking forward to going to see my family for Thanksgiving. Yay! Nothing like some time to get away from routine blah blah and have some time back home. We're planning on going to see New Moon down there, probably do some Christmas shopping, hang out with cousins, eat a lot and just have time to talk and catch up. I cant wait the most for Gma's turkey cookies a.k.a the best sugar cookies ever!
to have three beautiful children to laugh with and share all of life's sweet moments together. I know there will come a time when they wont want to be as close to me and will venture away from home to live their own grown up life. I'm so thankful to enjoy the simple things in life like watching the sheer joy of $1 punch balls entertain my children on a rainy day. :)
Within the month of October, you gave up your paci, started talking a lot more and repeating everything (he thinks its funny to tell me shut up), moved out of your crib into the bottom bunk in Anthony's room and now we're getting ready for you to turn 2!!! I cant wait to celebrate with you. I know you'll so be into blowing out your candles, because I cant keep one lit for too long ever in our house. :) I love you!!!
It's taken a little while, but I think we are in the groove of school life versus summertime. Anthony did not like school at first and Caroline is questionable depending on how tired she is, but for the most part, we have better attitudes. Don't ask how they are after school, but I can understand, going to school all day is a lot of work! Anthony was excited today to bring his pet, Fuzzy, to school to read to. Caroline loves being the student teacher. And Matthew, as we approach Rather, he says, "Here we are!" We're definitely getting there......I just wish they would sleep in on Saturday mornings! :0) ha ha, nothing is perfect!!!!
I've been neglecting my blog lately.....lots going on and not finding enough time during the day to FOCUS clearly. Here are a few of my favorite pictures of Matthew while we went camping over Labor Day. This was the last day and he was pooped out!!! I thought it was so funny him laying on the dirt with his pillow, froggy, and paci. He later on changed locations to the back of someone's camper and then to his car seat where he fell asleep while we finished up packing. What a cutie!

This is definitely a nice change from white blah walls!! We had a can of paint down in the basement that one night I decided to slap up on our wall and see if I liked it. I did, so I continued with hunting down new bedding and a second color that would not make the room look so dark and brown. I had so much fun doing this room, so maybe I've found my new hobby for this winter. :)
